- COMPREHENSIVE WILL: A Will exploiting Trusts can help to safeguard your family’s inheritance in all sorts of ways, depending upon what is important to you - be that to protect your home against residential care fees and/or minimise inheritance tax and/or protect your young children and/or handle the family business and/or avoid legacies being lost to debt and/or keep the money away from a step family and/or allow for impending marriage / civil partnership / divorce and/or protect vulnerable beneficiaries. We can deal with any or all of those concerns if they are important to you.
