Fees for Additional Services
InHouse can provide a range of additional services, either directly or else in conjunction with other specialist providers. These include
- Declaration of Severance of Tenancy - £70 for 1st property, £35 per property thereafter
- Arranging Storage of a Will with the Probate Office - £30 per Will
(currently no ongoing annual storage charges)
- Arranging Storage of your existing Will with a 3rd-party - £20 per Will
(currently no ongoing annual storage charges)
- General Estate Planning consultancy - £60 per hour
- Pre-paid funeral plan - ask for individual quotation
- Lifetime trusts (in conjunction with other providers)

With a wide range of services available, including bespoke options, you are only charged for the service(s) that you use. You will be given clear pricing according to your particular situation, before you place any order. You only pay once the documents are completed.

- Asset Protection Trust - single £2,480 - pair £3,720
- Pilot Trust - £155 per trust
